Commercial Engagements

Prior to mobilising work crews to an RMS project site, relevant compliance requirements below are to be completed. 
Required forms should be returned to [email protected] prior to arrival on site.

2.  Project Personnel Details 
Please download and complete one form per person.  Email addresses provided will be used to send RMS online inductions and should be specific to each worker.  Generic company email addresses are not sufficient.  Online inductions are required to be completed by all personnel prior to coming to an RMS project site.
​These inductions will be issued via Moodle and include:    
  • RMS General Induction
  • RMS Safety Observer
  • RMS Manual Handling
  • RMS Workplace Conduct & Behaviour

3.  SWMS Checklist
​
Review the Checklist and ensure your SWMS conform to the requirements.  These will be signed off by RMS personnel prior to commencing work onsite.
